Ingredients​

• 2 oz London Dry Gin Tanqueray
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Extra Dry
• 1 dash Orange Bitters Fee Brothers Gin Barrel Aged Orange Bitters

Instructions​

• Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
• Add ice and stir until chilled and slightly diluted.
• Pour through a strainer into a coupe glass.
• Garnish with a lemon peel that has been expressed to release its oils.
