- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure:
