Hey there, dumpling lovers!
Who doesn't love those pillowy soft dumplings swimming in a hot chicken broth? They're total comfort food and a cinch to make with Bisquick mix. This recipe comes straight from my grandma's kitchen and it's been a family favorite for years!
Ingredients:
There you have it, friends! Dumplings made with Bisquick are total nostalgia in a bowl. So simple, so good. Enjoy this cozy dish!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning (or whatever herbs/seasonings you like)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, stir together the Bisquick, milk and egg until a soft dough forms. Don't over mix!
- Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot. Add the poultry seasoning and salt & pepper.
- Use a spoon to scoop up dough and gently drop dumplings into the boiling broth. Make them whatever size you want!
- Once all the dumplings are in, reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Don't peek!
- After 15 mins, give the pot a gentle stir. The dumplings should be puffy and cooked through.
- Ladle those babies into bowls and devour! I like to add a sprinkle of parsley on top for freshness.
