Grape Nut Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Post Grape-Nut cereal
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cups milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Soak Grape-Nuts in hot water for a short while, then drain and place them in the casserole dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked Grape-Nuts with butter, milk, sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Place the casserole dish in a larger pan filled with water to create a water bath.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, or until the pudding is set in the middle.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
