Greek Yogurt Fruit Tart Recipe

For the Crust:- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, raspberries, etc.)
- Optional: mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat and Prep:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.
