Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.   2. Prepare the salad: In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced avocados, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. If using, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and chopped cilantro or parsley over the salad.
