Satisfy your lunchtime cravings with these delicious Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps! They're packed with flavor, thanks to tender grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, tangy Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. Perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch on the go or at home.
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional add-ins: cherry tomatoes, croutons, bacon bits
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chopped romaine lettuce evenly among the tortillas, leaving space at the edges for wrapping.
