Ingredients:
- 4 tilapia fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
- Mango Salsa (see previous post for recipe)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
4. Place the seasoned tilapia fillets on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Once grilled, transfer the tilapia to a serving platter.
6. Top each fillet generously with the vibrant Mango Salsa.
