Hey everyone! I made this the other night, and it was so good I had to share. Perfect for a light meal, and that avocado relish? Next-level. If you love simple, fresh flavors, you gotta try this!

Ingredients:

For the fish:

  • 2 white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or tilapia work great)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Juice of ½ lime
For the avocado relish:

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • ½ jalapeño, finely chopped (optional for some heat)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt & pepper to taste

How to make it:

1️⃣ Season the fish – Drizzle with olive oil, then rub with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Squeeze that fresh lime juice on top!
2️⃣ Grill it up – Cook on a preheated grill (or grill pan) over medium heat for about 3-4 min per side until flaky.
3️⃣ Make the relish – Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
4️⃣ Serve – Spoon that avocado goodness over the grilled fish and enjoy!
