Hey everyone! I made this the other night, and it was so good I had to share. Perfect for a light meal, and that avocado relish? Next-level. If you love simple, fresh flavors, you gotta try this!
Season the fish – Drizzle with olive oil, then rub with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Squeeze that fresh lime juice on top!
Grill it up – Cook on a preheated grill (or grill pan) over medium heat for about 3-4 min per side until flaky.
Make the relish – Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
Serve – Spoon that avocado goodness over the grilled fish and enjoy!

For the fish:- 2 white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or tilapia work great)
