- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
- Prepare the Vegetables: Slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and set aside the snap peas.

- Add Aromatics: Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
- Combine Vegetables: Toss in the bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
