Hanetsuki Yaki - Grilled Chicken Wings

Treat yourself to Hanetsuki Yaki, deliciously grilled chicken wings with a crispy exterior and juicy interior.

**Ingredients:**
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)

**Instructions:**
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, tossing to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for more flavor.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Remove wings from the marinade and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and cooked through.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
