Ingredients:



• 2 cups mixed veggies (like carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, and red onions), chopped

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 2 tbsp harissa paste

• 1 tsp honey

• Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
