- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut water (or water)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Optional: honey or maple syrup to sweeten, ice cubes
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop the celery, cucumber, and apple into chunks.
- Blend: In a blender, combine the chopped celery, cucumber, apple, spinach, Greek yogurt, coconut water (or water), and lemon juice. If desired, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
