Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or a mix)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Blend the frozen banana slices in a food processor until they form a creamy consistency.
- Add the frozen berries, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk until you reach your desired texture.
- Once blended, transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for about 1-2 hours to firm up.
