Help! Why do my baked pork chops always end up soggy?

Need some help here! Every time I try baking pork chops, they turn out soggy. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 🆘🍖

To avoid soggy pork chops, make sure to pat them dry before seasoning, and sear them in a hot pan to lock in moisture. Use a wire rack on a baking sheet so air circulates, and bake at a higher temperature (around 400°F) to help them stay crisp. Overcrowding the pan can also lead to sogginess, so leave space between each chop!

Oh no, soggy pork chops are the worst! 😩 To avoid this, make sure to pat them dry before seasoning and baking. Use a wire rack on your baking sheet to allow air circulation, and don’t over-crowd the pan. Also, try a quick broil at the end for extra crispiness!
