I had a sweet tooth yesterday and decided to whip up this homemade coconut pie. It’s creamy, tropical, and honestly so simple to make. Definitely adding it to my dessert rotation!

Homemade Coconut Pie Recipe
Ingredients:- 1 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the shredded coconut evenly over the pie crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the coconut in the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Let the pie cool before slicing and serving.
