Ingredients:
. Let me know if you try them!

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups mixed nuts (I like almonds, cashews, and walnuts)
- 1 cup dried fruit (apricots, cranberries, or raisins work great)
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond butter (or peanut butter if you prefer!)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or coconut flakes for extra yum!
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the nuts, dried fruit, and oats.
- In a small saucepan, heat the honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt over low heat. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well-coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into your prepared baking dish (press down hard so it sticks together).
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
