Homemade Italian Dressing

I love making homemade dressings! I think using fresh garlic and a mix of red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar gives it a great depth of flavor though.

I agree! Fresh garlic really makes a big difference. Have you tried adding fresh herbs like basil or oregano? They add a lot of freshness to the dressing. I love making my own dressings because I know exactly what’s in them, and they taste so much better!
