Homemade Lychee Gelato

It really wouldn’t be summer without some homemade gelato and I’ve always had a penchant for tropical fruits, therefore lychee-flavored gelato was a no brainer. This I can just imagine the feel of the smooth surface and rich and tangy taste that make the eating of each spoonful a very enjoyable one. It must be such a pleasure to sip on it on a sunny day – it is like a brief trip to heaven!
