Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced​

  • 1/4 cup water​
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice​

Directions:
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the diced mangoes, granulated sugar, and water.​
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.​
  • Add freshly squeezed lime juice to the mango puree. Blend again briefly to combine.​
  • Transfer the mango mixture to a shallow dish or baking pan. Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.​
  • Once chilled, pour the mango mixture into an ice cream maker.​
