Hey foodies! I want to share a recipe that has truly been close to my heart: Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chops. It's a recipe that my mother taught me, and lemme tell you – it really tastes like home. Trust me, once you try these pork chops, you'll never want them any other way! 
This dish is good for up to 6 servings!
Heat the Olive Oil in a skillet on medium high heat
Season each pork chop with garlic
Brush honey mustard sauce on each pork chop
Remove from the skillet and set to the side for 5 minutes

Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1 ½ tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 to 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp dry mustard powder
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
In a small bowl combine the honey, mustard and the mustard powder and mix wellHeat the Olive Oil in a skillet on medium high heat
SECOND STEP:
Carefully add the pork chops to the skilletSeason each pork chop with garlic
THIRD STEP:
Cook each pork chop on each side for 3 minutesBrush honey mustard sauce on each pork chop
FOURTH STEP:
Continue to cook the pork chops for an additional 5 minutes, flipping once more and cooking another 5 minutesRemove from the skillet and set to the side for 5 minutes
