Hello everyone, wanna know how do you make your beef stew extra tender? I've been playing around in the kitchen and picked up a couple of tricks. First, marinate that beef beforehand. Second, throw in some vinegar or wine to soften up those fibers. Any more tips? Let's trade ideas!

Hey! Based in my experience, choosing beef cuts like chuck or brisket that have more connective tissue is the solution for this.. The added softness makes them worth the extra time it takes to cook. ;);)

You're on the right track! 💯 Marinating and acid like vinegar or wine are both great for tender beef. Another tip is to cook it low and slow. Letting the stew simmer for a longer time at a lower temperature helps break down the fibers and makes it melt-in-your-mouth tender! 😋

One way to make beef stew extra tender is by using cuts of meat with more marbling, like chuck or brisket. Also, slow cooking it on low heat for a longer time allows the meat to break down and become super tender. Another trick is to add some acidic ingredients like tomato paste or red wine, which can help tenderize the meat. And don't forget to let it rest after cooking, it allows the flavors to meld together and makes the meat even more melt-in-your-mouth tender! 🥩🍲

Try it, i have done this a lot of times :)

Hi!! I actually agree with the previous comments! Along with marinating and adding vinegar or wine, consider using cuts of beef with plenty of connective tissue, like chuck or brisket. Also, try searing the meat before simmering to lock in those juicy flavors and enhance tenderness.

You do lower heat, and for longer. You can tenderize the meat even prior to putting it in the big pot. There are powders and ways to tenderize and get it succulent even before cooking. Cooking it just draws out the juices and the flavors making it a great meal for a family

Marinating beef before cooking helps tenderize it by breaking down muscle fibers; also, consider adding vinegar or wine for extra tenderness! 🥩🍷
