How can I make my sorbet creamier?

I'm curious about making my sorbet creamier. I’ve tried a few recipes, but they always end up a bit icy. Does anyone have tips or tricks to get that smooth, creamy texture in sorbet? Maybe an ingredient I’m missing or a special technique? 🍧😊

For creamier sorbet, try adding a bit of fruit juice or a splash of alcohol to your mix. It helps prevent large ice crystals from forming. Also, churning it well and letting it soften a bit before serving makes a huge difference! 🍧

To make your sorbet creamier, you can add honey or corn syrup. 🍯 You won't see large ice crystals if you use any of those two. Adding a small amount of gelatin or pectin can also help create a creamier texture. 😉
