I’m looking to make my egg-free pancakes healthier. 🥞✨ Any tips on how to boost their nutrition while keeping them tasty? I’m open to ingredient swaps or extra add-ins that can make them more wholesome. Thanks a bunch for your advice. :giggle:
 
When making eggless pancakes healthier, I use mashed banana or applesauce. 🍌🍎 It would be 1/4 cup of mashed banana per egg or 1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce. 🥞
