How do guys thicken your minestrone soup healthily?

How do y'all thicken your minestrone soup in ways that keep things healthy? Seriously needing some clever ideas here. Tried pureeing part of the veggies before, which worked okay, but I'm aiming for variety. Keen on hearing tricks from your kitchen - no heavy creams or thickeners, please!
 
For me I like to puree some of my vegetables using immersion blender. This will naturally thicken the soup and create a creamy texture without adding any additional ingredients. 😉😉👌

A sprinkle of grated Parmesan on top not only thickens but also adds a delightful cheesy richness :)
