Hey everyone!

As someone managing a busy remote lifestyle, finding the time to cook healthy meals can be a huge challenge. It’s so easy to just grab fast food or snacks when you're glued to the screen all day. I’ve been trying to meal prep on weekends to stay on track, but I'm always looking for quick 15-minute recipe ideas or tips from other remote professionals.

How do you guys manage your kitchen time while working from home? Any favorite quick meals?

'd definitely recommend keeping a few "backup" ingredients on hand for those extra busy days. Things like pre-cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, microwave rice, eggs, and canned beans can turn into a healthy meal in under 15 minutes. I also like making double batches of soups or pasta sauces so there's always something ready in the freezer.
One trick that's helped me is prepping ingredients instead of full meals—washing veggies, marinating protein, and portioning snacks ahead of time makes it much easier to throw together a fresh meal during a short break. What are your go-to meal prep staples each week?
