What's up fellas! So, I made a big batch of mofongo and now I'm wondering how to store the leftovers like a pro! 🤔♻️ Do you have any tips or tricks for keeping it fresh and tasty for as long as possible? 🍴🌟 I'm all ears for your expert advice!
 
Store extra mofongo in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. 🍲❄️ For longer storage, freeze it in portions. Just reheat and enjoy! 🔄👌
 
Hello everyone! I think freezing in portions works well! Though, you’ll want to thaw it slowly in the fridge and then warm it up with some broth or oil. ❄️🍴
