Got a question about breakfast casserole safety. We all know how hectic mornings can be, and sometimes, food ends up sitting out longer than intended.
I've read that perishable foods shouldn't be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Does this rule apply to breakfast casseroles filled with eggs, cheese, and meat?
Would hate to spoil a good meal or risk food poisoning.
So, how do you handle leftovers to keep them safe and tasty? Any tips will be helpful!
