How long can I stash ginger shots in the fridge before they go bad? 🤷‍♀️

I’ve got a batch stored in the refrigerator but I can’t seem to determine how many hours or days they are likely to remain fresh. What is there shelf life? They don’t wish to lose any of the spice to the sauce!
