How long do you guys usually boil pinto beans for?

Quick question for the community: How long do you usually boil your pinto beans? I aim to get them perfectly tender but not mushy. Any specific timing tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

I usually simmer pinto beans for about 1.5-2 hours, checking after 1 hour so they’re soft but not too mushy. Thanks for the tip!
