How long does snow cream stay fresh?

How long can you keep snow cream before it goes bad? I made some and I’m not sure how quickly we need to eat it. Thoughts? Does it last longer in the freezer or should we eat it immediately?

Snow cream is best enjoyed fresh, as it can start to lose its texture and flavor quickly. If you must store it, keep it in the freezer for up to a day, but it's not quite the same as when it's freshly made.
