How long have you been able to keep beer cheese around before it goes bad?

Hi everyone! I just made a batch of beer cheese and it's so good I want it to last forever. How long do you usually keep yours before it's not good anymore? Any tips on storage to make it last longer would be awesome!

Beer cheese is like gold, but it doesn't last forever I usually aim for 3-4 days in the fridge, stored in an airtight container ..The dairy can start to spoil after that Enjoy it quick, or hide it from yourself like I do!
