I'm eager to frost my freshly baked sugar cookies, but I'm not sure how long to wait. I don't want the frosting to melt or the cookies to get soggy. Any advice on the ideal cooling time before I dive into decorating?

I think 10-15 minutes is usually enough for them to cool. You don’t want the frosting to melt though.
