I whipped up a batch of homemade eclairs, but I'm not sure how long they'll stay fresh. Can anyone share tips on how to store them properly and how long they'll stay tasty?

I think homemade eclairs are best eaten within 2-3 days, though storing them in an airtight container can help keep them fresher for a bit longer!

Keep in mind that if your eclairs are filled with perishable ingredients such as whipped cream or custard, they may have a shorter shelf life and should be consumed within 1-2 days, even if stored in the refrigerator. Also, avoid storing eclairs in airtight containers with very high humidity, as this can cause them to become soggy.
