How would you describe gazpacho?

Hey team, how would you guys describe gazpacho? I think of it as a refreshing, cold soup bursting with flavors from ripe tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and a good hit of garlic. Its tangy, slightly spicy taste seems perfect for hot weather, serving up a cool culinary delight. What's your description?
 
Gazpacho is basically summer in a bowl for me 🤩 Love that chilled, refreshing taste with all the garden goodness ..Sometimes I add a swirl of pesto for an extra flavor kick.. YUM!! 😋
