Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
346×346
280.6 kB - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and white wine (if using). Mix well to form a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it's evenly coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken breasts to the skillet, discarding any excess marinade.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the Iberian chicken hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
