I'm on a quest to perfect my spinach quiche, but I'm unsure about the ideal temperature and baking time. Can anyone share their tried-and-true tips? Your expertise would be greatly appreciated! Let's bake up some quiche magic together!

For me, baking at 350°F (175°C) for about 35-40 minutes works like a charm. The quiche should be golden on top and set in the middle, but still a bit jiggly when you give it a gentle shake—that’s when I know it’s ready. Hope this helps!
