I love lighter yeast rolls too! 🫶 Swapping whole wheat flour for half the all-purpose flour adds fiber and keeps them fluffy ..Using low-fat Greek yogurt instead of some butter helps too! They won't be crazy low-fat, but definitely lighter and still delicious 😋
