Hi experts! 🍂👩‍🍳 I'm making butternut squash soup and hit a fork in the road: peel the skin off or leave it on? 🤷‍♀️🔪
Does peeling make a difference in flavor or texture? Help me please 🥺
 
If you prefer a silkier soup, go ahead and peel the squash. But if you're all about convenience and don't mind a slightly rustic texture, leaving the skin on is perfectly fine ;)
