Hey everyone! Now, adobo, does it really have the roots/origins in the Filipino culture? These weeks, I heard lots of things about its rich taste and how it is prepared. The combination of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and other seasonings is used for preparing the noodles. Indeed, but what are the philosophies that may possibly create the deepest connection to Nilaga with a Filippino's tradition?
