Is clotted cream the same as whipped cream?

I've heard of clotted cream, but I'm not sure if it's the same as whipped cream. Are they similar, or do they have distinct differences in taste and texture?

Nope, they're totally different! Clotted cream is thick and rich, like butter but creamier. Whipped cream is light and fluffy because you know, it's whipped!
