Is it okay to freeze sticky buns?

I've got a batch of sticky buns, and I'm wondering if I can freeze them to enjoy later. Will they still taste good after being frozen? Any tips on how to freeze and then thaw them properly would be super helpful. Thanks in advance for the advice!
