Is it okay to eat Italian cream cake that’s been left out overnight? I accidentally left mine on the counter and I’m wondering if it’s still safe to eat. Would love some insights from you cake experts out there!
I’d say it depends! If your Italian cream cake has cream cheese frosting or other perishable ingredients, it’s best to be safe and toss it. But if it’s just the cake part without any dairy, it might be okay. Better safe than sorry though!
