Hey all, I've been incorporating more miso soup into my diet, attracted by its savory taste and the simplicity of making it. Given that miso is fermented soybean paste, I'm guessing there are some health benefits, like probiotics perhaps? Plus, it's usually packed with veggies and tofu. Does anyone have insights on how healthy miso soup actually is? Are there any nutritional perks or things to watch out for? Would love to get your take on this staple of Japanese cuisine!
