Hey all, I've been incorporating more miso soup into my diet, attracted by its savory taste and the simplicity of making it. Given that miso is fermented soybean paste, I'm guessing there are some health benefits, like probiotics perhaps? Plus, it's usually packed with veggies and tofu. Does anyone have insights on how healthy miso soup actually is? Are there any nutritional perks or things to watch out for? Would love to get your take on this staple of Japanese cuisine! 👋🤸‍♀️🥣🥢

When I was training for a marathon, I added miso soup to my diet. The veggies and tofu are great for energy and recovery. Just keep an eye on the salt if you’re watching your intake...🏃‍♂️🥬🍲

Hey there! I'm also a big fan of miso soup! It's great to hear you're enjoying it. You're right—miso soup does have some awesome health benefits thanks to the probiotics from the fermentation process. It's also typically low in calories and packed with nutrients from the veggies and tofu😊
