Hi foodies, Do you also find pork loin to be a bit daunting to cook? 🤔 My experience has been a hit or miss. Sometimes, the meat seemed tender and juicy and sometimes it ended dry as a bone. Any tips or tricks for mastering this cut? Please share your thoughts, friends! 🍖
