Hey tropical drink fam! For a guilt-free twist, blend coconut water, fresh pineapple, and a splash of unsweetened coconut milk—so creamy and light! 🌴

First up, swap out the traditional coconut cream for coconut milk or coconut water. You’ll still get that tropical flavor, but with way fewer calories and less fat. For the sweetness, ditch the sugary syrups and go for fresh pineapple or pineapple juice without added sugar. You can even blend in some frozen pineapple chunks for a natural sweetness and thick, icy texture. If you want to keep it creamy, a little bit of Greek yogurt or a splash of almond milk can do the trick without adding too much heaviness. And of course, you can adjust the rum to your liking—or skip it altogether for a refreshing mocktail!

Hey guys! I think using unsweetened coconut milk and fresh pineapple can make it healthier! You can also add a bit of honey instead of sugar though. 🍍🥥
