I love Tonkotsu ramen, but I'm trying to eat healthier. Is it considered a healthy option, or should I enjoy it in moderation? What are the health benefits or concerns associated with it? 🍜🌱

Tonkotsu ramen has high fat and sodium content, so it's not the healthiest. 🙅‍♂️🍜 But you can do some modifications to make it healthier. Use learner cuts of pork or less fatty meat and add a variety of vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, and green onions to make the ramen nutritious. 🥩🥗
