I recently made this Jerk Shrimp recipe, and it was a total hit! The shrimp came out perfectly spiced, with just the right amount of heat and flavor. It’s a quick and tasty dish that brings a bit of Caribbean flair to your table.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with jerk seasoning, olive oil, and minced garlic until evenly coated.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they’re pink and cooked through.
- Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp and give it a quick stir.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if you like, and serve immediately.
