- 1 tbsp sake

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

🔥 **Instructions**:
1. In a food processor, blend the minced fish with soy sauce, sake, sugar, salt, and potato starch until smooth.
2. Form the fish paste into small, flat patties.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
