Savor the delicious and comforting flavors of Kai Jeow Moo Sab, a Thai Pork Omelette that's perfect for any meal!
**Ingredients**:
- 200g ground pork
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
**Instructions**:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
3. Add ground pork and cook until fully browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.
4. In a bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
5. Stir the cooked pork mixture into the beaten eggs.
6. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
7. Pour the egg and pork mixture into the pan and cook until the edges start to set. Gently flip the omelette and cook until golden brown and fully set.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions if desired.
9. Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy the savory and satisfying Kai Jeow Moo Sab!
